Yes for most accounts (rated 9.5+/10). Universal debuff support revives Acheron and Ashveil FUA teams. E0S1 is strong; higher eidolons add more. Skip only if you have zero interest in either of those carries.
Should I pull Yao Guang?
Only if you already own or plan to build the full Elation core (Silver Wolf LV999 and Sparxie). Pulling her without the team wastes her value and you will wait a long time for the team to come together.
Should I pull Cyrene?
Prioritize if you own Castorice or want Remembrance flexibility. She also provides useful boosts for Aglaea teams. Lower priority if you are not invested in either archetype.
