Core goal: Claim the Frontier Test coupon codes before the test ends (Sept 13, 7:00 PM PDT) and get the items into the in-game mailbox. Codes are not entered in-game. They go through the PlayNC coupon page. New ones drop daily at 8:00 PM PDT when the official reward notice is updated.

2How to Redeem
- 1Log into the same PlayNC account you use to play the test.
Steam or mobile login must match. If you redeem on a different account, the rewards go to the wrong mailbox.
- 2Open the coupon page at nshop.plaync.com.
This is the only place codes work. There is no in-game coupon box.
- 3Enter the code exactly as written.
All caps, no spaces.

They do not appear in inventory until you claim mail in the game client.
- 5Open the game, check mail, claim.
If the site says it cannot find your username after you changed your name, that is a known test bug. Use the original username you created, or wait and retry after a client restart.

Redeem

They are separate. Gold, hunt requests, Heavenly Flowers, and other push rewards are mailed automatically on a PDT schedule. If those are missing, they are delayed by network, not a failed coupon.

Use it on the character you actually intend to take into raids. The set is for crafting an S-rank weapon, not a random upgrade dump.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Trying to enter the code inside the game client. There is no in-game coupon box. Go to nshop.plaync.com.
- Redeeming on a different PlayNC or guest account than the one you play on. Rewards go to the wrong mailbox and cannot be transferred.
- Using a renamed character name on the coupon page. Known issue. Use the original username you created.
- Assuming push-mail gold and items are the same as coupon rewards. They are separate systems. Missing push rewards are a network delay, not a coupon failure.
- Waiting until Sunday night. Servers shut down Sept 13 at 7:00 PM PDT and test data is deleted. Redeem before then.
